Christmas Inspired Wedding – Red & Gold Inspiration

Christmas is my favorite holiday and my favorite time of the year. I am sure that I am not alone and that this is the case for many. I thought it would be a great idea to round-up some Etsy wedding inspiration for a Christmas-themed wedding. I decided upon a red and gold color palette and decided to find inspiration for Red, Gold, and Red & Gold combination. You can easily incorporate these together or utilize them separately for a Christmas-themed wedding. Pantone Color of the Year–Spring 2013- Monaco Blue

Color makes the world go round and for the next 4 Thursdays, Sara Burnett from Burnett’s Boards (www.burnettsboards.com), and myself will each be sharing a Pantone color of the year for Spring 2013. Since Thursdays are typically Etsy Thursdays, I will be searching Etsy for the best wedding finds in a pre-selected Pantone color. Not only will we be sharing the hottest colors for Spring 2013, but we will also be creating a Pinterest board for each color and sharing some awesome inspirational pins for the Pantone colors! When I started searching for Fall Wedding items on Etsy, I had no idea how many wonderful finds I would come across. I literally had to cut myself off from adding more and more lovely finds. I definitely think a part two within the next couple months of Fall is so necessary.

I love summer, but I can’t tell you how ready I am for fall–for leaves to turn autumn hues, a cool breeze that moves fallen leaves, pumpkin pie and chai tea, and wrapping myself in a warm blanket while watching TV, reading, or spending time on my computer–I can’t wait! DIY Summer Wedding

Summer is the most perfect time of the year for a wedding–I LOVE summer weddings! To kick off this summer, 3D-Memoirs featured a DIY Summer Bridal Shower Inspiration post including some awesome DIY ideas and lovely Wedding Paper Divas eye-candy! (If you missed it, please check it out!) Fast forward a couple months and wow, can you believe that summer is almost over? Before summer becomes fall, I thought I would share some creative ideas and unique concepts for a DIY Summer Wedding! You are in for a real treat! I can’t take all the credit for this wonderful post, as you will see below I have two wonderful ladies that have contributed to the amazing content in this post!

The color palette that I chose for this DIY Summer Wedding post is SHERBET (like the ice-cream):
